Get ready for the STEAM Bus to roll into Newbern Elementary this week. It will be parked in the front drive but morning drop off will continue with one lane. Don't forget students can also be dropped off at the blue hall by the gym parking lot. We are so excited to be able to experience the activities the STEAM Roller will be bringing to us this week.
On Tuesday, December 18th our students will be presenting our "Holiday Music Program". Our PK-2 program will begin at 8:30 am and our 3-5 program will begin at 1:00 pm. We invite you to come to the gym and enjoy our students singing. Each program will only last approximately 30 minutes, so please plan to stay for the entire program.

A few students from Trimble and Newbern Elementary schools are getting to enjoy reading through the summer literacy program. Some of the activities include: reading books, field trips and guests speakers.
Best of luck to NES Academic Bowl Team! They will be going to National Competition in Chicago on June 8th.
