In Ms. Ashley's science class, students created their own rollercoasters today. They used marbles as the "cars". They had to identify where the kinetic and potential energy was as the marbles traveled down the track. They were challenged to add multiple hills and loops and how changing the height and size of the marble affected the ride down.

In 4th grade science, everyone is learning how important bees and pollination is to people, plants, and animals. One of Ms. Ashley's 4th grade science classes went to the Steam bus today to test out what supplies would be best to build a tool to help increase pollination in areas where bee populations are decreasing.
